Confluence Climate Consulting (C3) was founded in 2021 to assist local governments, schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and residents with reducing their emissions generated from buildings, transportation, energy, and waste, increasing their environmental sustainability, and increasing their resiliency to climate change and extreme weather.

Kristina Murphy, E.I.T., CFM, CC-P, is an Atmospheric Scientist with over 20 years of experience in weather observation and water and environmental engineering. She has worked directly for municipal and county government, as well as a consultant on municipal, county, and federal government contracts. Kristina has volunteered for the Sustainable Aurora Advisory Board, Naperville Environment and Sustainability Task Force, Kane County Climate Action Implementation work groups, and is an at-large board member of The Climate Reality Project – Chicago Metro chapter. She co-founded Accelerate Climate Solutions (nonprofit) and served as Vice President of the Board during its first year.
